Why Diaper Covers?
A system of cloth diaper covers usually allows the most financial relief of any for the parents who have to undergo a 2 year diapering career. They are also the most versatile to meet the daily changing needs of on the go parents. You can use a diaper cover over a fitted diaper, lay a prefold inside, use a contoured flat diaper with it, or lay a pocket diaper insert inside. I have even know one woman who used her husbands socks. She knew she didn't want a disposable diaper anywhere near her girl, but she had never been introduced to the modern world of cloth diapering!
